What is it?
Stop telling women to smile (STWTS) is a street art project by Tatyana Fazlalizadeh that is about gender-related harassment. Everywhere in various cities (started in Brooklyn) you will see drawn portraits of women, which have shared their story about their experience with harassment.
Why is it cool?
This street art project is cool because street harassment is a big issue that affects women all over the world. With this project women can say what is on their mind and the project gives women the courage to speak out loud about harassment.

This Stop Telling Women To Smile street art has future growth potential because gender-related harassment happens all over the world. We live in a social world and society where women are equal to men. With this street art project all women over the world will soon give a voice to their thoughts about this issue by means of drawn portraits.
